The Gearing Up for Third Age & Multi-Generational Capacity Building project is expected to help third agers equipping their future challenges and build harmonious multi-generational family relationships in an aging society.
Wellness at Your Door
March 2022 to Jul 2025
In order to enhance the health resilience of families affected by the pandemic, we collaborated with Wofoo Social Enterprises to provide timely mental support including in-depth consultation services by pharmacist, dietitian, psychologist, family doctors to 150 at-risk families.
Education and Support Project for Multi-generational Families III
Dec 2021 to Nov 2023
We will continuously support the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society to implement the 3rd phase of this project. The project will provide more comprehensive service to multi-generation families through community education programs and various platforms with MGF Education Resources Kit to deepen and promote harmonious intergenerational relationship.
Enhancing Family and Individual Functioning with Bowen Theory
Jun 2021 to Nov 2022
The project intends to enhance the emotional resilience of families and individuals through sharing essential concepts of Bowen theory to understand common family problems with suggestions to deal with these problems by videos.
4Rs@TSW Teens - Pandemic Recovery Programme
Mar 2022 to Oct 2022
This project hope to enhance the mental health of 300 deprived families and those with SEN children in Tin Shui Wai district by providing mental support including anti stress packs, online seminars and consultation and e-learning kits etc.
Education Project for Multi-generation families II
Dec 2018 to Nov 2021
The Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation once again sponsored the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society to continue this project. It hopes to deepen and promote harmonious intergenerational family relationships through the establishment of multi-generational family education research.
Active Ageing Eco Guide Programme
Sep 2019 to Sep 2021
Collaborating with WWF, the two-year pilot project Hong Kong Active Aging Eco Guide Program will engage 100 retirees (age 55 - 60+) to join Eco Guide Training Courses together with other participants of all ages for maximum collaboration, integration and skill sharing.
