Development of Transgenerational Center as a Center of Excellence

July 2024 to June 2027

This project recruits professionals from multi-disciplinary backgrounds who can work with trans-generational families. This project also provides family therapy, professional training to promote family health, promotes family relationships in trans-generational families and brings awareness of the importance of maximizing the potential and strength of each generation in the trans-generational network.

Inter-Generational Engagement in Secondary Schools

May 2021 to Dec 2026

This project generates an appropriate platform for both generation to re-connect for mutual understanding, respect, and trust so that they can benefit from each other through intergenerational co-created learning activities.

Multi-Generation Family Education and Support Project (Phase IV) 

Mar 2024 to Dec 2026

The “Multi-Generation Family (MGF) Education and Support Project” has been implemented for eight years and has successfully assisted multi-generational families to establish positive harmonious relationships and arouse the community’s awareness.

「+ Channel」 Harmonious Parent-Teens Communication Project

Sep 2023 to Aug 2026

This 3-year project is sponsored by the Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation to provide comprehensive and diversified support services to families who are interested in improving, or are currently facing difficulties in parent-child communication. The project also promotes healthy parent-child communication patterns and skills to enhance harmonious family relationships. We advocated the belief that "good communication brings family harmony".

Adolescence is often considered a challenging life stage. They often face issues related to developmental changes, academic pressure, and relationships with family and peers, which increase their vulnerability to mental health problems.

The Gearing Up for Third Age & Multi-Generational Capacity Building project is expected to help third agers equipping their future challenges and build harmonious multi-generational family relationships in an aging society.

Family+ - Improvements in Family Wellbeing of Adolescents and Their Parents in Primary School

Sep 2023 to Mar 2026

This program aims to reconnect children and parents by rebuilding secure attachments through offering support groups & programs at home & school settings, providing positive experiences that increase both family happiness & linkage back to school while connecting stressed parents in order to encourage each other on how best to care for their children

Secret Chat 

Apr 2023 to Jan 2026

 "Secret Chat" is a co-creation project which aims to develop a youth-friendly online chat counseling service to provide psychosocial support for HKDSE students with mental health needs. It involves learning about users' experiences and needs, co-creating service protocol and tools with professionals and young people, and enhancing practitioners' competence in online chat counseling. The longer-term goal is to make online chat counseling more accessible and youth friendly.

Youth Transformer

Feb 2023 to Sep 2025

This project aims at raising their ability to handle stress in the transition from primary six to secondary one by enhancing their self-competence, cognitive competence, emotional competence and motivational competence.  Interview talks, individual interview practices and self-understanding workshops will be offered.

Appreciation in generations and community

In this two years project, we hope to establish an “Elderly and Younger friendly society” in Tai Po district through learning, sharing and interacting with each other.

Student Training in Entrepreneurship Programme

Sep 2023 to Aug 2025

This programme aims to equip both youth and secondary teachers with an entrepreneurial mindset and network so that they can innovate a sustainable future. By adopting the European Commission’s Entrecomp framework which highlights 15 core competencies, we hope to equip students and teachers alike with skills such as creativity, spotting

opportunities, learning through experience and perseverance.

Wellness at Your Door

March 2022 to Jul 2025​

In order to enhance the health resilience of families affected by the pandemic, we collaborated with Wofoo Social Enterprises to provide timely mental support including in-depth consultation services by pharmacist, dietitian, psychologist, family doctors to 150 at-risk families.

Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation donates a startup fund to YMCA Wong Yi Chau Youth Camp for setting up a Solar Clean Energy System that will generate income for 10 years.

The Hong Kong Intergenerational Baseball League

Mar 2022 to Apr 2024

In this two years project, we hope to encourage youths and 50+elderly to appreciate learning from each other through baseball and games, and to work together in pursuing their dreams.
