Youth Transformer
Feb 2023 to Sep 2025
This project aims at raising their ability to handle stress in the transition from primary six to secondary one by enhancing their self-competence, cognitive competence, emotional competence and motivational competence. Interview talks, individual interview practices and self-understanding workshops will be offered.
Family+ - Improvements in Family Wellbeing of Adolescents and Their Parents in Primary School

This program aims to reconnect children and parents by rebuilding secure attachments through offering support groups & programs at home & school settings, providing positive experiences that increase both family happiness & linkage back to school while connecting stressed parents in order to encourage each other on how best to care for their children
Student Training in Entrepreneurship Programme

This programme aims to equip both youth and secondary teachers with an entrepreneurial mindset and network so that they can innovate a sustainable future. By adopting the European Commission’s Entrecomp framework which highlights 15 core competencies, we hope to equip students and teachers alike with skills such as creativity, spotting
opportunities, learning through experience and perseverance.
Transformative and Resilient Youth (TRY) Gym: A School-based Co-creative Mental Health Training Programme

Adolescence is often considered a challenging life stage. They often face issues related to developmental changes, academic pressure, and relationships with family and peers, which increase their vulnerability to mental health problems.
Secret Chat
Apr 2023 to Sep 2025
"Secret Chat" is a co-creation project which aims to develop a youth-friendly online chat counseling service to provide psychosocial support for HKDSE students with mental health needs. It involves learning about users' experiences and needs, co-creating service protocol and tools with professionals and young people, and enhancing practitioners' competence in online chat counseling. The longer-term goal is to make online chat counseling more accessible and youth friendly.
「+ Channel」 Harmonious Parent-Teens Communication Project
Sep 2023 to Jul 2026
This 3-year project is sponsored by the Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation to provide comprehensive and diversified support services to families who are interested in improving, or are currently facing difficulties in parent-child communication. The project also promotes healthy parent-child communication patterns and skills to enhance harmonious family relationships. We advocated the belief that "good communication brings family harmony".
