The Gearing Up for Third Age & Multi-Generational Capacity Building project is expected to help third agers equipping their future challenges and build harmonious multi-generational family relationships in an aging society.

Fight Loneliness aims to engage 50 targeted elderlies to use the ElderlyPlus devices that helps to improve a patient’s overall health status and wellbeing as a care intervention for elderly suffering from loneliness and isolation.

The project aims to encourage intergenerational connections and reduce elderlies’ loneliness through different activities including picture book training by letting grandparents telling grandchildren their own stories.

Through this one-year project, we hope to help elderly to develop a new interest and facilitate cross-generation cohesion between the old and younger generations through learning body percussion and creating music together.

The project aims to through different activities, so that grandparents can become "Grand Buddies" and connect other grandparents in the community to play a peer support role.

Through Grand Club, workshops and other programmes, to further strengthen grandparents' confidence and establish a network of peers so that they can get mutual support and positive change.
